Project Information : Supply of 1500sqm of Fire Retardant (FRT) XXXXX shingles to cover the whole of the schools roof. The school is due for re-opening in July 2006 after the Ł5K roof re-fit. The roof is curved which requires skill to complete but does produce an aesthetically pleasing result. The shingles were also a vital part of the project as the local council wanted the building to blend in with the surrounding houses, clay tiles would have mis-matched the natural look of the area and surrounding buildings, therefore shingles were specified instead.
