John Brash supplied its JB Antislip Plus® timber decking boards inserts fitted into Thermowood decking for Holyrood High School in Duddingston, Edinburgh. The timber decking was fitted on a ground floor balcony to be used as an outside dining area and also on a first floor balcony leading out from the main library. Holyrood High School is part of a £180m Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme in Edinburgh to build and refurbish the city’s schools. Holyrood School opened for the start of term in September 2009, providing a high-quality learning environment for 1,200 students.
