Environmentally and Responsibly Sourced Timber
All John Brash timbers are legally and sustainably sourced and in most cases FSC or PEFC accredited. All John Brash softwood is either FSC or PEFC accredited. Currently timber is imported from across Scandinavia, Finland, Russia, Baltic States, the UK and Central Europe.
In these countries felling is tightly controlled and in many cases the annual growth is more than the annual felling. It is now becoming widely recognised that timber is one of the most environmentally friendly building materials.
